Singapore Medley Music Academy is the school of choice for music learning in Cambodia, having been in operation in Singapore for more than 13 years. It offers a variety of music programmes in both individual and group settings for both children and adults of all ages.

Singapore Medley Music Academy focuses on providing a holistic music learning education with a strong curriculum to excel in different levels of graded exams through a team of experienced and dedicated teachers who are committed in bringing out the best in your child through fun and engaging music lessons. Our specially designed programmes aim to build character, boost the confidence of our students and provide a positive learning experience.

Singapore Medley Music Academy – British/SG Certified Music Curriculum

Moving forward, when our students are well-trained in classical music, we want to leverage on Medley Music Academy headquarters in Singapore to offer local students the opportunity to be certified by a globally recognized examination board i.e. The Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM).

For 14 years, we have been dedicated to providing exceptional music education to children, international school students, and preschoolers. Being the only music school in Cambodia offering the prestigious ABRSM curriculum and examination opportunities, we take pride in nurturing musical talent and inspiring a love for music in our students. Singapore Medley Music Academy is the first and only music school to offer ABRSM curriculum and graded examinations in Cambodia.

Achieving this certificate allows the holder opportunities in employment in the music industry and/or pre requisites to overseas universities.

Progression Path

*Students will perform a piece in a small group setting while a Senior Instructor will assess performers' techicalities and musicianship.

4. Duet component or ensemble to build higher level of musicianship in students and develop teamwork.

OUR STANDARD OF TEACHERS

Quality Lessons assurance through Regular Teachers' Training

Singapore Medley Music Academy teachers attend regular music teaching training each year. This not only provides teachers a platform to share insights about different teaching methods with one another, but also gives them opportunities for continued self-improvement in terms of lesson content and delivery. Regular training workshops for teachers are put in place to continually uphold the standard of teaching and quality lessons for our students here at Singapore Medley Music Academy.

MUSIC FOR THE COMMUNITY

Learn Empathy through Community Involvement

One of Singapore Medley Music Academy’s core values is that of social responsibility and we demonstrate this by encouraging students to use their talent in music to give back to society. Each year, students have different opportunities to serve in various community events such as performing at hospices, carolling at hospitals and volunteering in music workshops for underprivileged families. Parents and siblings are welcome to join our students in contributing to these good causes.

PROGRAMME FEES & DETAILS

Each term consists of 3 months (12 lessons).
Students to check lesson dates for each term.
Up to 2 replacement lessons per term for individual lessons. Group classes have no replacement.
Each lesson is 45 minutes in duration for Grade 1 to Grade 4.
Each lesson is 60 minutes in duration for Grade 5 and above.
Group classes are between 45 to 60 minutes.
Fees are paid monthly based on peak and non-peak period rates.
One-time membership fee of $50.
One month deposit - refundable upon termination of 1 month notice.
